All public group classes are currently being taught in my private space located in the heart of Fremont. To reach my kitchen enter through the rear ally entrance of Fremont Coffee at 459 N 36th St. or from the deck of Fremont Coffee you can go down the stairs to the left of the doorway.

Pumpkin Pie Class

October 19th 6:30-9:00

Learn to make a perfect pumpkin pie right in time for the holidays! We will also cover basic crust formation and some embellishment. Recipes covered include single crust, pumpkin pie filling, and coconut ginger whip cream. You will be taking home an unbaked pie to make at home.

Protein Powder Power

September 28th 7:00-9:00pm

This class focuses on the needs of the plant based athlete. We will go over incorporating protein powders into foods to make a high protein, low calorie diet more interesting and delicious. Pudding, Ice Cream, and Pancakes/Waffles will be taught. Samples of protein powders used will be given out.

Intro to a Plant Based Diet

September 5th- October 24th

Whether you are new to healthy eating and you are considering a transition to a plant based diet, or you are a long time vegan looking to change your junk food eating ways this class is a great place for you to learn about nutrition and how to prepare whole plant foods. No refined oils, sugar, or wheat will be used in this course.

Summer Entertaining Series- featuring seasonal foods and designed to entertain a small dinner party with tapas and drinks. Each class is $35, or $90 for the series, and limited to 7 students.
